Autograph Care is a small care home group with homes in Yorkshire and the East Midlands, providing residential, dementia and respite care. We are incredibly proud of our homes, each with its own unique character. Whether it be in the heart of a bustling city, or a more rural location with extensive, beautifully manicured grounds for a more relaxed way of life. No matter the location, all our homes offer a friendly and supportive environment, built upon our core values of teamwork, care, integrity and respect. Dignity and Respect: You have a right to privacy and to be treated with dignity and respect, always. Independence and Freedom of Choice: We encourage and enable residents to live the life they want to live. Openness and transparency: Decisions about your care are taken together. If there is something you would like, tell us and we will listen. Whilst each home is different, the objective for all Autograph homes is simple: enriching lives. From supporting residents with discreet, compassionate care to maximise their independence, to providing colleagues with a supportive and fulfilling environment in which to work, enriching lives is central to the Autograph philosophy. Care and support are delivered by highly trained and enthusiastic staff, utilising best in class technology to provide outstanding, personalised care in a safe, secure and comfortable setting.our commitment to you
